We aren’t given heaven

Living things don’t all require

Spread / it out like fine rugs, silk sashes,

I borrowed / a book on how to keep

For twenty-four hours, / all politicians will be silent. Reality

art is made from what is

We feel around making sense of the terrain,

Have I loved enough?

This lunar beauty

The world is so difficult to give up,
